4 cl Arehucas White Rum
2.5 cl Lime juice
2 cl Simple syrup
Ideal for receptions or cocktail parties, this aperitif fills the palate with sparkling wine and is a tribute to the Malvasía-Malmsey variety, renowned the world over. Crush several grapes of this variety and add simple syrup.
Add rum and fresh lime juice, and shake. Serve in a champagne glass and top with Crémant.
