The quality policy defined by Destilerías Arehucas S.A is focused on achieving the main objective, which is to satisfy the expectations and needs of our customers, based on the continuous improvement of our processes and supported by a qualified, efficient and participatory human resource. Meet the needs and expectations of our interest groups and interested parties.

Our purpose is to carry out correct management and execution of bottling, sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.

Our quality policy is based on:

  • Meet the needs and expectations of the Client.
  • Offer a quality product that is competitive and differentiated from the competition.
    Improve the company's work procedures and evaluations.
  • Involve and raise awareness among the team of the need to improve the service provided. Teamwork, coordinated, committed and self-critical, which is the fundamental structure of our company.
  • Evaluate each position and provide ongoing training to staff to improve services and thus increase the value of our service to the client.
  • Coordination of the different jobs so that the final result is as expected, ensuring that the process times are met.

This quality policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organization, and has the full commitment and support of the Management of Destilerías Arehucas S.A. who establishes, develops and applies through the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System implemented.
