5 cl Arehucas Carta Blanca
8 cl pineapple juice
3 cl coconut purée
6 cl basil leaves

Description

This version of the classic piña colada is reminiscent of the green landscape of the Caldera de Taburiente in La Palma. The fresh basil is a tribute to the island’s laurisilva forests.

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients and add crushed ice.
