Ingredients

4 cl Arehucas white rum
2.5 cl lime juice
2 cl simple syrup
4 grapes
Sparkling wine

Description

Ideal for receptions or cocktail parties, this aperitif fills the palate with sparkling wine and is a tribute to the Malvasía-Malmsey variety, renowned all over the world.

Preparation

Crush several grapes of this variety and add simple syrup. Add rum and fresh lime juice, and shake. Serve in a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
