5 cl Arehucas rum
3 cl Aruba Arehucas Coffee Liqueur
2 cl Half and half

Description

A tribute to César Manrique, the Lanzarote-born artist and painter who left a magnificent artistic and environmental legacy to the island of his birth. This version of the classic cocktail is reminiscent of volcanic lava and black soils. The striking contrast achieved by adding the pale cream is worthy of Manrique’s art. Delicious as a dessert, accompanied by an espresso coffee.

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients and add whipped cream. Decorate with a few coffee beans.
